anyway I can decide most things but MAJOR things like, er, lets say a leader of a division is acting up and I don’t see him fit to run the division anymore (this isn’t a hint or anything, just an example) I would have to bring it up to everyone to see if we should demote him.

And if you are running a solid leadership in your clan you should have updates every week. Whether it be new editions to an upcoming tourney or wanting to ask your fellow members what they want or what not. You know outcomes of tourneys, new tourneys, updates to tourneys, polls on what tourneys we want, a little news specific to your hardware to give your members the best possible experience, an updated list of friend codes in my case, updates to your front page, updated sigs, ect ect.
And I hope all the clan leaders get a mic cause that could really expand on this. We could still do a written but the podcast would be even more awesome. But until now this’ll work.

umm i don’t know if u remmeber but i nvr told Xtrm at all. Infact there was no MvC clan then. He nvr updated the clan at all so i decided mabye we could bring it bak. I got u, Zucas and myself to create the divisions and now it’s bak up and running.
