reality warpers like mr mxy can destroy the universe...it has nothing to do with a universe destroying blast but merely they distort reality so much that the previous universe never existed

Considering no blast in DBZ is a universe buster...He broke out thanks to Nova Shenron who unfroze.
Just thought I’d throw this out there:
During the fight with Kid buu, Goku and Buu flew at each other multiple times. If lightspeed was established back on the second episode, then shouldn’t them flying at each other be instant pretty much? I thought so....
There is others before this that are WAY faster than Raditz, who I already proved isn’t lightspeed. I know what your going to say, “I trust the english dub more than the Japanese because I don’t know who subs it." Did you know funi has a tendancy to change words around and make up totally new sentences and such?
But you know what, let’s give Piccolo the benifit of the doubt and lets say Raditz WAS lightspeed. How much faster do you think they got without teleporting techs? Not very much faster. I mean, lightspeed is 186,000 mps. 206,000 mps would be impressive in speed by normal standards. Think about it, the character going 206,000 mps is going 20,000 mps faster than light. If DBZ is lightspeed in the flying department and it’s not just battlespeed and reflexes then I dount they go to much faster than light.
