I found a program called Easy GIF Animator. It takes a bunch of frames and saves them as a .gif file. You can take frames from video clips using windows movie maker and upload them into the program. You can also decide how fast you want the frames to go. It’s a great program. If you don’t want to spend money on the program, you can download the free trial.

Easy GIF Animator

Underneath the video frame there are 2 buttons. Press the one on the left after dragging the video into the video frame.

Open a image in photshop.

Duplicate the first layer for as many frames of animation you want.

Edit each layer with the frame of animation you want.

Export it to image ready.

Click on the animation tab under windows,

select, Animation from layers.

Set the timing down the bottom of each frame to desired pause.

Save as a gif and Violasmiley

Yeah I have paintshop, not photoshop. So I need this program to make .gif files. Works pretty good, though.

well here is one way of making it you can take a video and import it into flash
and then instead of exporting it as a .swf movie export it as an animated .gif
