How the hell did you make that? Frame by frame?
well here is one way of making it you can take a video and import it into flash
and then instead of exporting it as a .swf movie export it as an animated .gif
So thats pretty much a video transfered to a GIF?

yeah i got each frame by using windows movie maker.
the last one i made has over 350 frames in it, and its so big im having trouble uploading it to sites cus its so big, and also my computer wasn’t able to cope with it so i went to my 2 gb ram laptop and finished it there. now i just gota find a site that holds over 2.6 mb per picture ---

How do you do that? Take a file from windows movie maker and put it in the GIF maker? Just select the file and it does it automatically?

then when ya got enough frames of what you want put all the frames into a file, then open the .gif maker and then when you open the file click ctrl A to select all the pictures, then carry on and change the delay time to 0, also if you have over 300 frames you will probably need a more powerful computer to cope ---
