Overall Lil Wayne is the best rapper alive. His flow is unreal and after 2007' cd’s you cant deny it.

Jay Z used to be good till he sold himself out

Lyrically Speaking Nas(even though he contrdicts himself), Common, Talib Kweli are all up there
