Wonder Woman is basically a female version of Superman and her powers are similar to the man of steel except that she doesn’t have Superman’s heat vision,ice breath,hard skin,
super hearing and micro vision.But she still has strength and super speed (notice why I’m saying not speed only) which is a huge advantage.Wonder Woman only needs a her strength and speed (sorry super speed)to take down Spider-
Man and that match won’t take long.

Wonder Woman doesn’t have super speed and she is nothing close to the female version of Superman (Supergirl, Ultra Girl)
Wonder Woman is also known as Princess Diana of the Amazons and she only has ENHANCED STRENGTH nothing on the level of Superman. And she also has those bracers that she can use to deflect bullets and even Darksied’s Omega Beam (One of the greatest powers ever) Also she has the trademark whip of truth. And an ENHANCED HUMAN STAMINA.
The fight would be close but Wonder Woman would win. If the fight was even (which it would be) I would give it to WW because of her shear experience in combat.
Dude let me stop you right there ok WW is nowere near Spiderman in terms of skill or stamina infact my man strenth is the only factor she holds over him and i dam sure know for a fact it isnt enough when he could beat the Hulk if he truely had too (im not saying easily or toe 2 toe but old Petey has already stated he could do it but it would kill Bruce Banner if he did).
Anyway i dont have much time so i will be frank, these are major assets to why he would win so take a good look and enjoy the read my man (let me no what you think).
Spiderman goes through pretty much EVERY fight he has been on in fast succession. Not only is this an incredible stamina and skill feat, it also shows what kind of crazy, mind-blowing stamina, and will power AND durability Spiderman has when he puts his mind on something.
He also repeats one of his most impressive strength feats on top of everything else!
This alone proves he could beat WW and is far more skilled but lets continue,
Spidey squares against an intergalactic superstrong warrior in battle, and we get some insight into his fighting skills Basically, it mostly comes from his instincts.
Spidey with help of his spider sense, makes it look like Hulk hit him by timing the action perfectly.
I would say that is enough but ill wait for your veiws on the current material for now, if it isnt satisfactory or you have a way Wonder Women can beat him please provide proof and ill try my best to prove it wrong.

Yes Spiderman has cool powers and strength,but that is not enough to defeat Wonder Woman.The Amazon Princess is far more stronger and faster than the Web Slinger and this match won’t take long.The first time they met the issue prooved that Wonder Woman was too much for Spider-Man and
that’s the sad truth which is why they ended up teaming together.Now if in the hand your talking about Cosmic Spidey then yes,Wonder Woman is going down!

Ok Last Saiyan the only part that I agree with you is that Wonder Woman is no where near the agility,stamina and reflexes of Spider-Man but the fact that Wonder Woman can move (almost) fast
as Flash and is strong as Superman (almost) just proves she can take out Spider-Man....easly.
Wonder Woman gets knockout blows from Superman and she still manages to fight back and this was in Superman vs Wonder Woman # (i can’t remember).
The only part where Spider-Man stands a chance against Wonder Woman is if (AND IF ONLY) he borrows Captian Universe’s powers and becomes Cosmic Spider-Man.Either than that then no Spider

The Spider is Marvels greatest Dodger without question, its his thing and he is dam well good at it he can avoid all the sinister six at once, and the X-Men and even the sinister 12 for awhile (I can post proof if my word is not good enough), even Dare Devil and he can hear his every movement lol.

Spider-Man could only dodge Wonder Woman’s lasso (THE YELLOW WHIP) and the Amazon became anoyed.Spidey then sprayed his webs around her and she easily broke free without a sweat (common logic).“Lets fight in a fair battle
with no weapons” she said. Being cocky as usual Spidey accepted and said “I’ll take it easy on you since your a woman”.Spider-Man punched her and she blocked it with one hand and she said smiling “I knew that attack way before you could even move”.Spider-Man punched her again reapeatedly and repeatedly and she blocked it smiling (which just actually shows her amazing speed).She then punched Spider-Man sending him crashing into a wall and Spider-Man could not get up for the count.She even said
“I held back that punch since your human,but a human who can survive this is impressive.Spider-Man (still holdding his chest got up and said “Ok now lady your pushing it” and
after he said that Spider Sense rang up....but that was too
late because Wonder Woman was already behind him holding his neck and arms pinned behind him.Spidey could’t even move and he was stuck until Wonder Woman said “Are you ready give up now?".That’s when Electro interupted the match.
