id say soccer, tryouts are intence so even if you dont make the team, you will still get a bit stronger wink but ummmm ya swimming would be good for you. or cross country.

k, dude, get into shape, work your fucking body. be a merciless cruel slave master on yourself. run until you puke kind of a thing. see how long you can push yourself to get into shape, then get into soccer (imho, will be funner then cross country, just because its more variety in what your doing), or like swimming or something. oh, try water polo. lol.

but, ya, this may seem kinda hard, but trust me, it could be the only way. right now i’m getting into shape, and for a while i would basically do pushups until i collapsed at night every night, then move on to situps. then, i got in weightlifting, and i’m making my partner look like a pansy weakling. hahaha.

How do I get into shape? I don’t eat a good diet (basically nothing but junkfood) and that will never, ever change until I get around £300.

well, what i would do is even if you don’t eat the best food, at least try to eat it well. what i mean is 3 meals a day isn’t actually that healthy. try to spread it out more and have smaller meals. like 5 a day should be good, if they are smaller. oh, and, breakfast is a good thing...lol.

beyond that, go to a gym, run, get some weights, or just do pushups, squats, and situps.

exactly. walk every day then. eventually it will stop tiring you out as fast. what, do you think that you can just get up one day and run a marathon or something? it take hard work. you WILL get tired, thats kinda the point. but, if you want to do something, you will do it anyways. once you are good at that, move on to jogging. and, buy some weights. those things are fun. lol.

One problem: real weights costs real money. Which I don’t get a real lot of. Besides, I’m thinking of quitting on trying to get healthy. I may as well accept the fact that I’m going to be a scientist with the strength of an 8 year old and the agility of a retired 70 year old man.
