actually a lot of manga came from western, a lot of the best manga characters are based of western characters

but western has so many good heroes:
Spawn
Superman
Black Panther
Batman
Wolverine

the list could go on and on

Hard to say... I like both... in one hand, ya got Spawn and Batman etc, but in the other, ya got Bleach and DBZ etc...

i find western comics pointless...some have a good storyline, but few do.(heh...all the western-supporters are gonna hate me XD)

manga is the best.
thier stories are very unique and it was proven by their anime series.
