For starters your younger brother is not your responsibility. You most not feel guilty for anything that he has to put up with.
If your feeling bad you should go and talk with some one older that you trust. We all have to sometimes in our lives have some help. That is normal.
Is there an uncle or ante or even a teacher at school that you could go and have a talk with. Or even an alder cousin.
Good look to you and remember its not your fault that grown ups fight.
