just because we are on this subject i actually liked the halo 3 ending. I wont spoil anything *stares at nervin* but i liked the ending a lot, now i know you didnt zucas lol.

Oh you didn’t hear. I did like the ending. I didn’t like much of the other storyline but I did like the ending. I felt it was a good closing to the trilogy. The only real part of the storyline I did like but the ending was well done. Kudos to Bungie on that part.

o my bad, lol i thought you said one time you didnt really like it. Might of read what you said too fast lol.

If you noticed it all ended how it started. With MC frozen, waiting for Humanity to call upon him when needed.

So what are you suggesting a time paradox haha.

But seriously that’s another epic mythological reference. Halo seems to try to take abundantly from mythology which in some things good.

Yes a lot of those do seem to come from the Bible but the entire storyline setup with the Covenant is based off that.

And I’m surprised you haven’t realized this but a lot of Halo when it’s disgracing the Covenant is taking shots at religion itself.

I don’t know if many people have noticed that but the Covenant is a direct parody of modern day religion specifically Chrisitianity. And throughout the series it is very critical of that through it.

yeah, i’ve noticed a lot of the refrences. Just kinda kept it quiet for a while. Covenant is in the Bible, like God formed a Covenant with Noah.

Yes I noticed this a lot through the second one as the story got more into the covenant and you see a lot of those antagonisms toward religion. And then the 3rd game pretty much defines those.

Yes the Covenant is setup probably directly just like that so it can get its an antognisms out against religion. Bungie pretty much stuck its anti religion things in there without many noticing. Go figure.
