Also Goku admitedin the Cell Games Gohan’s potential was far beyond what he could possibly imagine, hence Mystic full potential was beyond what Goku could Achive.

Ok, ok. Let’s get something straight. Yes, Goku could not go to full power but he COULD maintain SSJ3 (he fought KID BUU without tiring)
Gohan wins in ACHIEVING MAX POWER so that might be a STABILITY win.

Kid Buu shot a ki blast and Vegeta HAD to deflect it. Power hmm... And Kid Buu’s not retarded, just mental. He’s a fighting genius just ike Goku and can learn a move just be watching it once. He knew that he had to wear down Fat Buu to win and that he could play aorund with SSJ2 Vegeta. The only one he didn’t use that against was Goku since the fight could have gone either way - leaning toward Goku though.

on your part yea, fighting waists Ki and Goku used up a hell of alot in SSJ3 with Kamehamehas and retaining the transformation, he dident have the energy reseerves to strike a winning blow, hence he POWERED UP as in restored his power.
