I see... I would go with Sasuke. Neji’s charkra sealing move is effective but cursed form summons chakra from a rasingan. Neji can’t hit Sasuke with the byakugan like he did to his cousin.

Sasuke eventually gets so strong that he kills Orochimaru and essentially takes over for him. He is strong enough by himself to rival Tsunade and easily defeats Naruto in his 9-tailed form.

But Itachi tsukuyomi only affect someone have chakra... since superman dont have it... but Ikki genjutsu works faster and only point his finger with light speed *which superman cant dodge* I bet Ikki will won the fight... superman lifting strength and his lazer beam can kill him... yes but temporary... he will resurected from his death and revive again with more boost power...
and a lot of person like get beckers with Jagan...
But the most powerfull are those three mentioned before...
since it require no chakra, nen or other... they also have power from stars constellations... different from superman just gain from yellow sun... even superman kick him into the inner coil of the sun... superman gain power so Ikki gain power too...
In lifting definetly Ikki lost from him... but supes attacks is slow... only 50 punches perminute while Ikki can attack him with light speed using his genma ken...
Wait a sec, supes have light speed too...
even doomsday could punch him which mean Ikki can do the same too... Remember one thing... same tech wont work twice on saint...

Xavier is the strongest one since he can kill every mutants and humans... but if we using helmet that block his attack we survive but Virgo Shaka, Gemini Kanon and Saga also Ikki.. no matter you want to hide your mind using helmet like Juggernaut it still affect to their opponents...
... so how superman kill him???
no way he can kill Ikki... but Ikki can kill him using Genma Ken and his light speed... even supes try to kill him... he will revive again with boost of power...
