He’s created some pretty kick ass suits before on the level of Iron Man. Batman is also a master of almost every style of martial arts, so in hand to hand combat he could at least match vegeta in skill.

Calm down. Now, if goes like this. Batman is a good fighter, but he would not last long against a saiyan like Vegeta, unless he was the old Vegeta where he would just toy with him until he finally killed him. Vegeta would just have to give him a good hit in the chest and the battle is over. Batman cannot win this battle without preparing for it.
