I would call that “stereotyping” since you did not statistically prove that the intelligence of the Chinese is based on the amount of time they study. The intellectual superiority of the Chinese has actually been attributed by many experts to culture; however, statistics show that many Chinese youths do not actually study as much. Many are heavily interested in playing video games and going online.
