But based on the fact that Mihawk obliterated Don Kriegs ships and sliced a good amount of them in half easily while playing around it seems he might be victor.Theres also the fact the he would spar with Shanks who clashed with Whitebeard and when there swords clased they split the clouds.Mihawk for now.
