lets face it Cloud cant move as fast as Chaos and isnt pysicaly stronger than he is Chaos rockes the entire planet with his power and fires huge energy rays...and as you said can wipe out all life on earth (im not so sure Cloud could do that.
If i may say so its kinda unfair that you say Vincent cant beat Sephiroth (in FF7 they all beat Seph in AC he never tried too and in DOC he wasnt around) so i ask you were was his shot???
now i dont wanna go around in circles Cid but all im asking is isnt their the possibility that from what we have seen that Vincent could win?

I’m not unhappy with your opinion, I’m unhappy that your like to think of that opinion as fact. Let’s break it down.
Opinion = Vincent is stronger than Sephiroth
Fact = It took the entire group, including Vincent to beat Sephiroth at his weakest state.
Opinion = Vincent is stronger then Cloud
Fact = Cloud has been said by the creators to be the only one who can stand up to Sephiroth, whom Vincent isn’t stronger then.
See? Fact says Vincent is weaker even if it seems like it’s the other way around.
Now, I’ll admit, Vincent probably was stronger when he was unable to unlock Chaos' full potential. But that time was only at the end of DoC, he doesn’t even have chaos any longer. Before that he was probably weaker and after that he is probably weaker.

Fact: They ALL fought and beat Sephiroth in FF7.
Opinion: Cloud can beat Vincent
Fact: Vincent was the only one who could stop Omega Weapon
Opinion: Sephiroth is the strongest FF7 Villan
Fact: Vice was ubove 1st Class SOLIDER had both J-G Cell’s was leader of DG and called Emporer of all SOLIDERS and was leader of the Tsveiat’s the strongest beings on the planet.
You see its too hard to go into but im sticking with Chaos and Vincent dude as they so far were the most impressive in feats of power strenth and speed, plus this unwavering feeling that if Cloud can beat Seph then no doubt Vincent can.

So really, the only thing you have labeled as opinion that is opinion is the first one. And there’s more to support that he did use chaos then he didn’t.

And Vincent could not control Chaos in FF7 so its not like he could willingly summon it forward when it pleased him cmon Cid use ur noggin, all we no is normal Vincent fought him in Advent Childrens openning it dousent surgest were in the battle it is (begining, middle, end) but thats all we are given the rest is pure speculation.
And ive been over Seph’s power with you sure he was the single strongest at that time BUT COMBINED!, Cloud could beat both Yazzo and Loz together over half of Sephiroths at his strongest’s full power (with Geo Stigma), Tiffa had grown weaker but even so she can hold her own against Yazzo and is a formidable Martial Arts Expert, Vincent in base can tackle Tsveits like Russo Azul and Nero all ubove 1st class solider and is an Ex-Turk Gun slinger, those three alone are more than enough to get the job done without includeing Cat Sith, Red XII, Barret, Cid Highwind, and Yuffie...thats 8 altogether dude.
So i think with Materia and all working together “with there best abilitys” as you once said Vincents being his gun weilding accuracy and agility (Chaos is a seperate being it chooses its own time to come forward Vincent douse not and cannot control it without the Prota Materia) they would and did beat him.

Guardian of MvC Rep: 81Joined: 06 Jan 2006 Posts: 44,385 OFFLINE | Yazoo and Loz don’t equal 2/3 of Seph’s power... Cloud was so far below Sephiroth’s skill level in AC that he was able to hold cloud, who was trying his hardest to win, without breaking a sweat...
Sephiroth is the most powerful being in FF7. It’s not hard to see that.

I dont see it cus Seph hasnt Shuck the whole planet with his attacks moved so fast he cannot be seen, but he has chopped the side of a building off.

He still outputted 70% of everythign that happened to Sepheroth AND he struck the final blow. He also fights a weaker (not much) Sephie in advent children and wins ALONE.
Since Squall = Cloud = Tidus, they own almost snyone that Kyle mentioned.

Well theories cant be facts tho bud, and i dont use them i Use Facts to prove my case, Vice was ubove not only first class SOLIDER but DG and the Tsveiats and worshipped as emporer of all SOLIDER’S and is the strongest being on the planet, (Tsveits were 1st Class SOLIDERS who became DG troops rose through the ranks and became Tsveits there highest force who basicaly had there mind’s wiped and knew only constant battle every day they lived to battle).
