Samus by the way. No contest. Each energy tank can take about 4-5 times as much as chief.
Screw attack would nullify the insignificant damage from any of MCs attacks.
1 or 2 missiles would kill him.

MC dont stand a chance, he maybe geneticly superior, but samus’s suit is much more advanced than his she can scan every weakness, has lock on mode, and has better jumping skills, grapple, hypermode, unlimited firepower, hmmm... thats pretty embarassing, getting beaten by a girl

Those things are unharmed by her beams, yet her fist tears through them like an energy sword through butter.
Or she can just shoot a rocket hat him close range. Either will end in his demise. Neither really puts samus in danger cus MC can’t hurt her, really...
I beleive he could, because Samus has a fixed amount of sheilds and health. Think about it, in a drawn out firefight, (which is what it would become since they are both experienced combatants,) MC theoretically has infinite health and regenerative sheilds. Even if all his attacks do is give Samus a bruise, the damage will collect on her, while MC keeps on fighting with his Spartan Stamina and regenerative capabilities.

Problem is MC won’t be able to hide. Samus could just advance advance advance. Anywhere he takes cover, Samus could run in and attack it. And many of Samus' weapons would take out MC in a single shot, usually being overkill.
