Sorry, but MC can hardly damage Samus. Let alone beat her.
Each of her tanks are 4-5 times as powerful as MC. And she has 20 of em. And 4 Reserve. MC doesn’t even have the firepower to beat her. He’s need 120 direct rocket hits to kill her. At least.
While most of Samus' weapons could kill him in one or 2 shots and are homing.

Btw I don’t think Samus has been training since she was three, but she was raised by a different race that age. It never really said that she started training that young.
MC had been training since he was 6. In the Halo book Fall of Reach it describes the daily routine for him at boot camp.
