So if MC has an overshield, that would make him only 60% of Samus’s suit. He’d only have a chance if he had a spartan lazer, and he’d have to get a headshot. It’s the only way to kill Samus with a lazer of taht size and he’s only have one try before she killed him.
60% of one energy tank. She has 25. (20 tanks, 4 reserve, and inital 100 energy)
Suppose MC had a couple bubble shields...

Samus walks in and brutally kills him.
Well, I doubt he’ll just let her do that.
Say he has some plasma grenades and a landmine in handy.
...and say she has a nuclear missile launcher attached to her arm.

The chozo gave her the suit. Biologically, they didn’t do anything extraordinary like MC had done to him.
