UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 14Joined: 25 Oct 2007 Posts: 3,483 OFFLINE | yea the guy with the Arrow problem Vice has alot that backs up him being stronger than Seph, he is way faster for a start and cant be seen when fighting he is emporer of all SOLIDER (bow down Sephiroth) and has J-G Cells so that alone out classes Seph and obliterates Cloud

Yeah... I admitted that when Vinny has FULL control over Chaos he was probably stronger. But he only had full control for a very short time.
