But yah... I think Goldberg would win a few matches then the Taker would win a few. Eventually, as Chaos said, leading up to Wrestlemania in which The Undertaker has never lost.

And notice in all of these matches Undertaker lost Brock,at Unforgiven it was a double countout
which means none of them won.
At No Mercy 2002,Undertaker had a rematch and used both his chokeslam and Last Ride in which Brock kicked out.Undertaker attemped to use the Tombsone Piledriver and Brock Lesnar countered it
into an F5 which Brock Lesnar pinned Undertaker in Hell in a Cell
At No Mercy 2003,it was a biker chain match which
benefited the Undertaker,but guess what?He still lost.

“K',HHH is smaller than Brock Lesnar and has defeated Goldberg.Correction:that only happpened because HHH had Evolution to back him up,and in Summerslam 2003 The Elimination Chamber everyone was out to get Goldberg since he was champion.
HHH pinned Goldberg by hitting him with a sledge hammer because it was simple that the pedigree couldn’t get Goldberg down for the count.And since we are on this Goldberg vs HHH,Goldberg had
a rematch.
At Unforgiven,Goldberg had a last title shot against HHH-it was a winner takes it all situation.Goldberg defeated HHH even when HHH landed the pedigree on Goldberg.At Survivor Series as well,HHH had a rematch and he lost.All these events happened in the year 2003.
You see,just like Undertaker,Goldberg himself defeated HHH and the only difference here is that
Undertaker beat HHH once at Wrestlemania while Goldberg (since he was enemies with HHH) defeated
HHH twice in Unforgiven 2003 and Survivor Series 2003.As well as a few couple of episode matches on Raw.

I too don’t know but maybe the reason why Undertaker beat Batista at WrestleMania is because he used the Tombstone.At Cyber Sunday Undertaker never had a chance of delivering the Tombstone.He only delivered the chokeslam in which Batista kicked out,hey i think he also used
the Last Ride.
