If they’ve been here for a long enough time, but someone can still pull it on new people.
It may be rare, but people shouldn’t be impersonating moderators in the first place. ---

If it’s traced back to that specific person yes...but the other is still out of an account and likely won’t return...
If anything I would rather have seriously impersonating a mod be completely against the rules. (joking around with new users in an obvious fashion is one thing of course)
