And of course the gameplay is going to be somewhat similar. It’s not only the same genre but it’s the same series haha. I mean hell that' slike saying the new Call of Duty FPS game is bad cause it still has shooting and first person perspective. I mean come on get real.
And not only that the game is going to have similar game progression and play types cuase it’s the same series. Hell without it being colleciton 120 stars what would it be then. Not Mario.

I think the artisic style is different. I mean what Nintendo has done is differentiate its last 2 mario platformers from SM64. SM64 was basically the original mario but in 3d form with no other style but that. I mean it was the first big 3d game.
But Sunshine had a different artistic style that catered to its enviroment, which was the tropics. Super Mario Galaxy does something similar as the artisic style catered to outer space style. It’s not huge differences but its not like its running on a beefed up engine of the N64 game.

I loved COD4. The single player is awesome, but the multiplayer still doesn’t beat Counter Strike.

Well if ya don’t like it yet then you probably won’t like it. Although the game doesn’t take very long to beat. Hear its about 7 hrs tops to get 60 stars which you can beat the game with. But 7-8 hrs to get the remaining 60.
I love playing that assasination part over and over. I can’t seem to get teh guy in the head though. Has anyone here got the guy in the head on that part?

I’m not angry. I’m just trying to find out why Xtrm didn’t like it and he said it’s the gameplay, which is pretty much what all platformers are setup like ya know which is why I made that previous statement.
And that’s why I said if he didn’t like it then then he won’t like it later. I have no problem with his opinion. He’s entitled to it. I’ve just come to the conclusion that he doesn’t like platformers. It’s kidna like if someone came in here and stated I don’t like Halo or Half-Life. And then I’d say its not that you don’t like those games it’s just you don’t like first person shooters. Good example is Cid.
