That doesn’t mean you have to spam everything. And just because you post it everywhere doesn’t mean people have a higher chance to see it. Considering how Google finds and retrieves information.
Yes it does. The more recent posts come up first on searches and the more maches you have to the word in your search/post, the better chance it will come up on the search.
Listen people, I’m not doing this to get anything out of it money-wise. I’m not getting a damn thing out of it besides fun and benefiting moviecodec with more registered user. The best thing MvC could use is more user logging on. My intentions are genuine I guarantee.
Unfortunately I’m promoting on a “I have a very large penis” topic. lol WTF? ---

Stop now.
Excuse me?
I’m simply spreading the message of Moviecodec.com. From my generous investment, MvC will will benefit from more potential members and restoring faith to older members. Any other clan member besides MvC that joins our tournament MUST register an account to receive his/her prizes VIA PM. WTF have you done for MvC?
Not spam with a huge post.
*Shakes head*
Young one,
Most people found this site through Google Search. Right? Right! The more the message is posted (and for a great cause to Moviecodec), the more recognized it will become outside of this little MvC world.
MvC Review system...?
MvC PS3 Fan club (no idea why i made)
Yeah i ahvent really done much for the site :P --- It Puts the Lotion on It’s Skin or Else it Gets the Hose Again...

If you want to get the most out of this... why don’t you ask clan members to add “Call of Duty 4 Tournament” to their signatures? If you did that you’d get much more exposure for google searches and I won’t have to ban for spamming. ---

He should... I mean... If I did it, instead of having a measly 10 posts for google to search... He’d have over 30,000 posts... from one person. It’d be better. ---

I don’t get banned at all except for a mis-identity time where Firewolf banned me unknowing it was me. And there was the time your stupid ass banned me and yourself accidentally but, I didn’t expect much from you anyhow. Don’t threaten me, chunky. ---

I have earned my disillusionment. Rep: 53 Joined: 03 May 2006 Posts: 7,416 | Hey Xtrm - I think you have a good idea, just a wrong way of going about it. Signatures would be a good way of not only avoiding spamming, but actually making it more likely to be searchable on Google.
All the same, we can promote Moviecodec, but shouldn’t we also make sure we have something that could keep new members here? (looks at topic title) With some of the topics we seem to have going on right now (especially in off-topic) I’d be afraid some people wouldn’t stick around. ---

Yeeeeeeeeeah, I know. Just looking for an actual “reasonable” response besides Banishment from a 'door knob'. Thank you for being a “reasonable” Moderator and I will retract from anymore disturbance if any took it that way.
See Cid? Problem solved, you fatass ogre!
I hope you learned something! Hahaha ---

Wow! How in gods name did you think you helped me? If it’s something I’m unaware of, I’m sure it’s nothing big and I would have survived without your “divine ogre mentality intervention”. Don’t pull some random guilt trip on me, home boy. I’m just going for realism here. ---

Not entirely sure. Apparently Xtrm posted a message repeatedly, but as it was deleted I missed its contents.
P. Moore - I deleted your post because it majorly stretched the screen. If you wish to repost it in a way that doesn’t stretch the screen, feel free . ---

The message he posted was an advertisement for a video game tournament. The post itself broke no rules, it was his posting it in topics completely unrelated to that game or tournament that was a breach of site rules. ---
