in my opinion it is CM Punk or Batista.they both defend there titles successfully all the time

CM Punk is pretty tough. He’s a Straight Edge through and through. I heard he refuse to take any pain relievers when he hadhis head split open in ROH.

Undertaker is really tough too. He Wrestled a Hell in a Cell match with a broken foot.

Hardcore Holly, being true to his name is tough as nails. He finished wrestling a match with a huge gash in his back
