Super Dragon fist isn’t an ordinary energy attack. It can be infered that the attack has a some what mystical nature. However this isn’t mentioned in the Anime.

some one new Guest | In fact we’ve never seen Goku use that attack in full power. Every time he as used it it does damage even though Goku is weakened as well. This applies in the movie (wrath of the dragon, as well as GT)

Post-crisis took a punch from superman prime who is strong enough to punch tough the barrier of reality.Plus that whole planet thing is never stated also DBZ characters destory a planet by having enough energy to get tough the core of the planet also Supes took planet destoryers.

Super Buu and SS3 Gotenks can do that with their voices. Imagine what SS4 Goku can do.
Also when it comes to being hit with a planet destroying punch, Goku would dodge the attack Just like superman would dodge the super dragon fist.

Even so, imagine what SS4 Goku can do. Maybe he could trap Superman in another dimension. Thats only if Goku learned to control that ability. Which we haven’t even seen him use in the first place. I still say the super dragon fist would work though.

some one new Guest | I 'm probably talking to myself...but I also wanted to mention how Goku could use the Super dragon fist on superman’s head. Since he could survive with a hole in his chest. And accord to some one earlier without a heart.
One more thing! Just because the GT action is cheaper dosen’t mean that everyone (well...Uub and Goku) are weaker. Training nonstop for ten years won’t make you that much weaker in a child’s body especially with the effieciency of Goku’s training.
