broly, buu, and janemba almost destroying the universe. Plus it was STATED the shadow dragons could destroy the unvierse so i don’t see what you’re trying to get

Buu didn’t almost destroy the universe. Broly, Janemba, and the shadow dragons are non canon, so they don’t count.

Could universe destoying not be brought up since DC has the advantage of haveing multiple universes to acctualy be destroyed unlike in DBZ where there is only one and would end the serize if it did get destroyed

Physical strength is not the shining point of DBZ, while they are not weaklings in strength energy is where they shine. They exert way more energy than Supes pretty much.
Moving a planet takes less energy than busting a planet yet moving a planet takes more physical strength than busting a planet. See they are both equal in different ways.

The only people that shown impressive physcal strength from what I’ve seen are Broly, for making a crater when he smashed Vegeta’s face into a wall, Goku, for moving a mountain, and Vegeta, for destroying a planet with a blast without even powering up, and also Broly for destroying a planet just by lobbing a blast at a planet. Although they are non canon, still impressive feats. And also for Goku, lifting part of a city as an SSJ4.
