I think it should be a collated vote from all who wish to cast a opinion..aka SOTW style. One judge can be bias in what they like art wise, and seeing as art is such a diverse medium of expression, having only one judge would make the voting unfair.
Everyone will have a opinion and I feel it would be in the best interest of fairness to have everyone voting.

Yes. That’s how we do it. I’m in command, and Skull Kid is my 2nd. And, we haven’t started yet, so no need to get in a fuss over it yet.
