WTF? You post random crap about your stuff thinking people will care.

The point is, i think it can run crysis and crap. And i think you said your comp can too.

It can if you ask for the right parts. If you ask without knowing what you’re getting, you will be disappointed.

It also doesn’t include a monitor.

I already have a monitor...

Well, maybe not Crysis material, but i’m hella sure it could run G-Mod, right?

G-Mod isn’t hard to run. So, I’d say yes.

PC hardware has been able to handle the Source engine easily for a good while.

Eh...

The only GPU options are a low end, last generation X1000 series card. The extra $500 dollars for the XPS 720 you posted would go VERY far in comparison to this.

Probably not a big issue. That card would lack primarily in the HDR effects and such of Source, alongside the fact low end cards can’t do resolutions above 800x600 very well.

So, try to go with the higher end computer for G-Mod?

I just want to be able to do a bunch of stuff without lag, thats all. I don’t care if i have to make the settings all the way on low.

All i want to do is have a ton of enemies on screen, a bunch of explosions, etc, without any lag issues.

Well...

I think you’d do best with the XPS 720, even though I’m not a fan of pre-built PC’s. It will go further, and G-Mod would, without a doubt, run flawlessly on high.
