I’ll get LBP for PS3.
slower connections are faster on computer, even dial-up can do good on a comp game.
Well my old PC was a Dell and when we tried to upgrade the graphics card Best Buy Said “no becuase it had something *blah, blah,blah ,bla* with it’s hardware "

Just because it’s Dell doesn’t mean you can’t upgrade.
