About a year ago, I looked into it, turns out that the Nazis, as a group, were not evil, they were just men (and some women i suppose) who did their job for their leader.
Of course there is more o it then that, but thats said enough.
People underestimate Germany’s condition back in that time. People were desperate for a leader to lead them out of the massive depression, something that hurt Germany much harder than Britain or America. Prior to Nazi control, Germany was having serious problems, primarily due to a messed up government.
However, it does not excuse that they knowingly participated in the support and killing of millions of innocent people, merely because they were of a particular ethnicity. They still supported an evil.
