Why couldn’t you PM him about this?
It’s an honest question that begs an answer for some Americans. I’m curious as is many others. Is the food too plentiful? Has the food become an addiction? Has Cid ever been on “Super-size Me”? He shou;d? Does Cid’s cholesterol concern him and family? What forces are involved to let Americans feel free to get soo obese? You want answers, I want answers, and hopefully we can all learn from these mistakes of overindulging Gluttony.
Why publicly point Cid out though?
If it was such a questionnaire that was posted openly, wouldn’t you be trying to target the entire obese population of moviecodec? (or at least people who would qualify and wish to partake in such a survey)
Okay, I propose this:
Any news or public television station has done documentary on this subject which is an important one. I do feel that I targeted Cid but he was a perfect example which those reports in public target as well. So please, change the name of the topic to 'American Obesity' but please don’t =edit any of my posts. I really think there can be much debate on this subject. ---

Guardian of MvC Rep: 85 Joined: 06 Jan 2006 Posts: 44,452 OFFLINE | For you information Josh, I’m not addicted to food. In fact, due to my schedule I’ve been skipping breakfast and on most days, lunch for the past 5-6 years. The result has caused a slow down in my metabolism, which has made me gain weight at a quick rate even though I eat about as much or probably even less food than you do.
I also stay away from junk and party foods such as potato chips and candy. I maintain a fairly healthy diet when I do eat. And even though I can’t run fast, I can run long distances without being winded and out of breath.
I’ll also direct you to the fact that I fucked up my knee while playing football in Highschool, and for nearly two years I was wearing a brace on my left knee.
So don’t judge people like you know them. ---

Really, it’s true. Back when I was 17 and in rehab (which was a court order for a stupid DUI I got when I was 16, which was bullshit), I learned a lot about addiction and addictive personalities... However, my counselor was a huge guy that was addicted to food and he seriously went to support meetings to control his appetite. ---

Fo real? What I do is, usually just a cup of coffee in the morning, small lunch, and medium dinner. Usually pretty healthy, but I do eat some unhealthy stuff when Im feeling skinny. ---

I’m not, I’m just wondering why you’re obese thus you explained. However, as any TRUE counselor would say, you’re in denial and are not being totally honest. You seriously do not have to answer that but denial is the first sign, ya know? Reply at your own free will as you’re not being forced, but healing is going to take some hard looks in the mirror. ---

I used to work in construction. So I’d work really early in the morning, usually around 5 am to 2 pm... So I got used to not eating breakfast and lunch. Now, even though I don’t work that, I’m still used to the schedule... So much so that I’m trying to get a job as a night time stocker at Walmart, because I’m used to being up all night and sleeping all day. ---

Denial about what? What reason would I have to lie? Seriously dude, you’ve got to clue.
What else is beginning to piss me off, is that you’re making it seem like I don’t care about this. Like I’m not even trying to put off the weight. Which I am. I used to be a lot heavier than I am now. I used to weigh about 350 pounds. I’m now close to 280 and I’m still working on that. I’ve got a goal to be at least 220 by March, and I damn well plan on hitting that goal. ---
