That was a technical demonstration shown at E3 2005 for the purpose of showing off the PS3’s power.

Unfortunately, there are currently no known plans for a remake of the game.

Half-Life is being redone as a third party mod called “Black Mesa Source”

Doom 2, but not like Doom 3. It should follow the old Doom formula of fighting legions of monsters and searching for keys.
