Rocky isn’t all powerful....

And the director of Rocky wanted Rocky to fight Chuck Norris in one of the Rocky movies. But he couldn’t. Because he also wanted more than one movie.

No. Putting Chuck Norris in a Rocky Movie would have instantly made it a success, but they knew that Chuck Norris would actually fight Rocky (or Mt. T) on film, and thus, actually kill him on film.
