I read something on an RP version of Doom 3, where Cyberdemon is apparently defeated. (note; it does not say a Cyberdemon, it only says Cyberdemon)

There’s Cyberdemons, the Cyberdemon, and Cyberdemon.
Cyberdemons are in classic Doom. They can be killed with a massive amount of firepower.
The Cyberdemon is in D3. He can only be killed by the Soul Cube.
Cyberdemon isn’t in doom at all. He can’t be killed cus damage gives him more HP.

This was meant to be horribly one-sided. The version of Cyberdemon that Totalitus is using was created specifically to be unbeatable by any standards. Literately, it’s like one giant joke.
You have the beatable versions that have just slightly different spelling in their names, but this one is meant to be totally unbeatable, there’s no trying to get around that part.
