This is some issue

it intrigues me cuz I feel like a hypocrite celebrating a religious day

I mean have a close eye at it

I don’t think that would be a good idea, although if anything you should mail him about the fact that you can’t register, as it may be a problem with the database and not anything on your end.
I am able to make another account, but the only snag with that is that A: it would still be under my name, therefore if you lost the password it would be a hassle to get it back and B: you still may not be able to use the account if it is a problem on your end, which would leave me with an unused account.

(and the webmaster probably knows more about this than I ever will lol)

well today’s (or mabye it’s just America’s) version of christams is more of just ppl wanting to get gifts, etc.

I dont think anyone rlly even bothers to think of Jesus sadly...

Well if you look closely you’lle see that Christmas has become very secularized (not to mention commercialized). Atheists, especially the ones who used to be Christian, still celebrate it but in a secular way. It’s not about Jesus or anything like that, it’s about loving your family and everyone who cares about you.

BTW just as a fun fact, Christmas' origins are Pagan.

I celebrate it because I was born catholic and I’d feel like a prick just separating myself from my family on a holiday that’s now mostly just for the feeling of christmas. Sometimes it’s not even about the presents, but the general atmosphere and having an excuse to have your whole family together.

But mostly it’s about the presents.
