I plan on becoming a film director. Filmmaking has been my passion since I was three. I have made films that have reached the two hour long limit, and have won junior film contests. I am proud of myself. Right now, I am making a film of J.D. Salinger’s The Catcher In The Rye.
I have plans with my friend to conquer the world with a portal gun.
Thus far, we have accomplished 2% of this mission; we know what not to do with portals. Now we have to figure out how to make an actual portal gun.
(seriously, likely a musical composer and/or digital graphics artist, the former likely being digital as well)

I....don’t know what I’m doing.
I’m currently trying not to fail school(which I’m obviously not doing a very good job at if I’m here).
If I manage to graduate with a degree, and even if I don’t, I want to work in the environmental field. Which is pretty big and broad.
Pretty much I’m hoping to work on creating a more sustainble world for us to live in...in whatever small way that may be.
Meh.
Damn.. I’ll be working in the oil fields.. Kinda the exact opposite of you. =/
No worries, I plant trees to get through school. Which sounds good but is just part of an unsustainable forest industry.
You should get your ass up to Alberta if you want to work in the oil fields.
The oil sands development is huge there (if you didn’t already know).
Of course I have some big problems with it....
But still, if you want lots of work...that’s the place to be right now.

If I went to Alberta.. it’d kinda defeat the reason I want to work in the oil fields.

Oh right right. Well, I suggest you don’t plan on working there very long. Make some money and get the hell out, it’s shit work.
There’s a strong possibility that I’ll be relying on that money to raise a family.
big plans I see...
I suggest not choosing that as your final career choice. But in the end it’s up to you. That kind of work can take a few years off your life. And it’s really only something you can do while you’re younger...aka fit and strong.

It’s probably not final.. Just something to do in order to pay for a house, car, ect..
