According to the fact that they are both highclass fighter... but still I must go with Dare Devil... His ability is insane... but he is not powerfull enough...
Badman using tech in his suit... while Dare Devil dont...
Dare Devil win the fight still... not using techs... but using techs... badman has advantage to beat him...

DD can fight, but bats has mastered nearly all of the martial arts known... bats is smarter, has dealt with people thats stronger than him.. solved riidles in seconds that the entire gotham police cant crack.. the only thing DD has that can give bats trouble is his “radar”.. he can hear evrything, but it can also be overloaded.. hehe... so bats cant sneak up on DD.. also, bats has the uncanny ability to see his foes weakness.. and then exploits them.. | |

1. smart
2. gadgets
3. martial arts.
sure DD has powers, but bats fought a lot of super powered villains before.. clayface, ras al ghul, bane, poison ivy, manbat etc..

But DD has a 360 degree vision which gives him a clear advantage. ---
