NDS- 687,992(-0%) 21,212,962
Wii- 349,770(+4%) 5,300,751
PS3- 257,325(+15%) 3,037,110
PS2- 237,696(+16%) 45,354,391
PSP- 214,993(+19%) 10,308,477
360- 172,401(+19%) 4,779,701
GBA- 25,384 (+32%) 21,382,133
Nintendo DS just barely misses 700k, in a collosal week in sales setting records all around the European territories. Like its DS counterpart though, Wii had a minimal increase which means either this is the most hsipments it’ll normally get or they were allocated elsewhere, which after seeing American sales, were probably moved to Japan. Nintendomination continues as NIntendo takes 55% of all sales in the area.
PS2, PS3, and PSP keep up their good sales in this area, of they’ll probably stay like this next week as well. 360 continues to stay in last of except for GBA of course but we’ll make an exception.

Sega’s prediction of 4 million in sales for the game for both Wii and DS version combined may not be to far off. The Wii version has already sold like 1.3 million haha.

It’s really only selling this well at holidays. And only in Europe and America. But throughout the rest of the time, PS2 is pretty dead, unless we compare it to PS3 sales of course.
But it does better at holidays for the same reason as the DS. Big brandname products sell better around holidays as the mainstream mostly buy during holidays. That’s why the Brain Training games are at the top along with Mario and Sonic and Mario Galaxy. All big brandname heavy products. Luckily for the latter of the 2 they are also big hardcore brands as well and will survive while the brain trainers will drop a little more harshly.
But 2008 should see the death of the PS2, as support from 3rd parties start to drop, and the 7th generation has been around for more than 2 yrs. Not to mention the DS and Wii is really hurting the PS2 right now haha.
