Ok fair enough, in the battle Sephy does try yeah but its quoted on the DVD by the Creators that Sephy has never gave it is all yet and that we still havnt seen the true power of sephy so thats prob another reason why people says Sephy was “Playing"

Cloud surpassed Zack because of the beasts he fought in FFVII, and the icing on the cake was beating Sephiroth.
Zack didn’t invent omnislash I’ve heard, it’s a skill that is granted to users of the Buster Sword. Hahaha they use me as a weapon lmao
Zack fought Genasis beat Genasis fair and square in skill (Gen was alot better than Kadaj and Co), he fought normal Bahamut and Zero Bahamut (Zero is much stronger than Sin), he fought of Hundred’s of Soliders before he died and Fought well with Sephiroth for a good while (Cloud beat Seph sure but he was far from on par with him as was Zack) so it is hard to say.
Zack was given the Buster Sword from Angeal so he knew the tech in a short Novel he is seen telling Airith that Cloud used his tech to beat Sephiroth so i rest my case Cloud did improve the tech with Virtion 5 tho.

Well that means that Genesis is below Cloud aswell then. Kadaj is not on Cloud’s level. Cloud is way more powerful than Kadaj. Cloud beat Sephiroth 3 times remember? How do you know Zero is more powerful than Sin? SOLDIERS? Or do you mean Shinra MPs? Get it right mate. Zack got taken out of it by Sephiroth, a HUMAN Sephiroth. Do you not know the difference in power of AC Sepphiroth and Pre Nible Sephiroth? It’s like the early Superman and Superman Prime. You still forget Cloud beat Sephiroth at the end of VII, which this Sephiorth is more powerful than the one Zack fought. And it doesn’t matter how powerful Sephiroth was, Cloud kept up with him for a good 4 minutes, did Zack even do that with a human Sephiroth? If anything not being on par with Sephiroth in AC shows how badass he really is then.

The directors didn’t say anything about other incarnations, actually, they were referring to AC Sephiroth. AC Sephiroth > Safer Sephiroth > Cloud > Base Sephiroth.

Angeal never used it because he didn’t want it geetting dirty, it didn’t say that he couldn’t use the tech. I’ve read Maiden who travels the lifestream, and I’m well aware of what Zack said, but he didn’t say 'Cloud is using the tech I INVENTED' Sure you could say Omni is Zacks tech, but then you could say it’s Cloud too. Doesn’t mean they invented it. Either way the AC one is much better.
1. Sephiroth never really used anymore power on Cloud than he did with Zack or Genasis he may be more powerful but in pysical Combat he appear’s about the same (and the fact we know Seph held back dousent help Cloud much) so in actual fact Seph’s power with the life stream was greater but his skill was about even.

But if you wanted power then think of Omega Weapon it harvested theLife Stream to accend to the heaven’s Cloud and co could not save the day in this case and all relied on Vincent to breack through the Barrior and take both Omega and Omega Weiss out (the planet itself Quake’s from their impact probably the most power ive seen in FF7) but what do you expect he was ment to harvest all life on earth.
But yea my answer in all is Sephiroth and Genasis currnt day pwn Cloud and Angeal but if were useing Crisis Core vertion’s then Cloud and Angeal.
