(Honestly, I likely know more about Dragonball than I do DC and Marvel, lol, but I know that DC and Marvel have a huge number of insanely powered characters, and a good number of omnipotent ones)

Marvel and DC have characters that are above one that could end existence, and there are also a few of them that could recreate it. At the least, there are multiple characters par to or above Janemba’s abilities.
