Also, I would like to say to firewolf.

The reason humans killing/eating cows is different from that of other humans is that the latter literally goes against intended nature. For one reason I’ve never seen a case of an animal eating one of its own kind save for times of starvation or during mating with some insects. Also, it’s pretty much useless. You see, we as humans are so high up on the food chain that if we ate each other, we’d get virtually no energy from it. Whenever you eat an animal, you get 10% of its energy (roughly). So eating animals near the bottom is favorable, because you’d get the most energy from cows, deer, etc. This is why eating carnivores is not particularly common (though not unheard of).
