they have a new cartoon of spidey comin out called The Spectalular Spider-Man.

Uh Venom has all of his powers plus extra strenght.Also great way to say he would lose to Dosu when Dosu uses sound which is one of his weakneses.I mean really your a super genius.

Venom has all the powers of Spidey plus more strength and some of his own powers.
