It was ok, liked the talking ferret/ermine thing. Having not read the book it’s based off of I really can’t say to it’s accuracy. but this whole debate thing about it, I really think they’re being to sensitive. I didn’t see any thing in that movie no more or less offensive then what I saw in Happy Feet.
My main problem.
I’m sick of frilly fofo fantasies taking place in the artic with strange little girls. I’m also sick of female villains wearing suits that look less comfortable then having your guts squeezed out of you by a killer inertoob.
other then that it was fine. Not the best movie I’ve seen, not even the middle to the best, but it’s ok. I recommend buying it on DVD... or at least renting it for a night... or stilling it from i(insert crappy apple product here)

Most people who think the book is evil are sterotypers
Well they edited a lot of the parts from the book out of the movie, specifically the parts that are “attacking” Christianity. I still think they’re being total hypocrites though. They say this movie is attacking their beliefs, but they have no problem with anti-antisemitism in The Passion?
well what are you more likly to go after, a movie that attacks athism or christanity?

Dude, the book sucked. The overall plot was a cliche, it has bad descriptive text and the characters had the personality of Gordon Freeman.
Of course, the movie was even worse.

I was drawing a parallel between Christians and atheists based on the moves they would defend.

I don’t understand why some people are so afraid of Jews. They only number about 18 million and clearly do not rule the world, but it’s just hilarious to see whacked out conspiracy theorists blaming all their problems on them.
