Power’s do not constitute as Gaget’s and in this fight their is no prep time so Spidey can’t make a suit can he, so this is fair (Batman uses so many dam Gaget’s he might aswell have power’s so you have nothing to complain about Spidey get’s by on what he has availible at the time my freind that’s the differance.
Bat’s fighting without power’s period is the reason Spidey will curbstomp him here hell Cap and Deadpool rape him in this fight least of all Spidey, Gaget’s may slow them down alittle tho if he utallize’s them properly.
All of Bat’s enemy’s are a joke compared with Spidey’s their stronger smarter faster and so on and most have a huge advantage on Spidey yet he win’s, Ras Ogoul is a joke, and no Mourbios is a vampire a very powerful one who stalemated Blade and Spidey has defeated Manbat is a lesser challenge belive me, Lizard vs Killer Crock omg that is like over in 2 minute’s flat seriously bring out proof Crock even stand’s a chance?
Aside from the fact Batman has no idea what he is up against in this fight their will be little outsmarting Healing factor and Spider Sence put Spidey and Deadpool ahead of Bat’s and Cap has already proven he can defeat Bat’s.

Okay it’s obvoius there are a few things here I need to sort and clear out here....first of all:
Captian America lost to Batman in the DC vs Marvel crossover where Batman’s batarang sliced Cap on face knocking him out.The two were drawn out when it came to hand to hand combat and they both decided to use weapons against each other where Batman got the upper hand.
Spiderman has never defeated Captian America-NEVER!!!! In the Civil War Cap ducked every punch
Spidey threw at him,he managed to land three shots on Spidey while Spidey landed only one punch.Spidey knew that he was fighting someone who is almost strong and fast as he is,he even asked himself how was he going to compete against
someone who is more skilled than him.Note...the match there was a draw so nobody one.
In their second rematch (with special guest Electro),Spidey fought Cap since he thought Cap was working with Electro.Cap blocked two punches thrown by Spidey with his shield,he gave one Spidey a KO blow sending Spidey smashing into a brick wall.A half dizzy Spidey asked Cap “Wow Cap
what ya put in those gloves-bombs”?
And as for Batman vs Spiderman
These two fought each other in the DC/Marvel team
up (forget that crap Wizard Entertianment).Spidey
won the first round by punching Batman on the face knocking him out,Batman made a comeback on the second round using gas and batarang to solve Spidey.So basically this match was a draw-so what
does that tell you? Spiderman wins in a first encounter and Batman wins with preperation.
I’ve read that comic of Spiderman vs Captian America (with Electro special guest),however Captian America did not defeat Spiderman....Actually it was Spiderman who made an exit and ran away from Cap just like the opposite where Captian America made an exit and ran away from Spiderman in
the Civil War issue.
