After doing breathing exercises for about 15 minutes and after three attempts, I was just able to hold my breath for 3 minutes and 15 seconds on my last attempt.

Well, I can do it longer than 15 if I need to, like if I’m underwater. I did it one time for like 30 seconds in an underwater breath holdin' contest. smiley

idk. i’ve always been pretty good at holding my breath though. and, yeah, you suck at life if you can’t even swim. XD. its like walking, except easier. you put one arm out, then bring it in, then repeat, except with the other arm. and, don’t breathe while under water. shocked what a concept! remember, your body is naturally lighter then water. use that to your advantage.
