My argument is for God. Not Christianity’s idea of heaven/hell or anything like that. I don’t give a shit about that. I just want to prove that god is beyond the possibility of being proven or disproven. Or, in this post, that not all Christians are the bunch of pricks that this post makes them all out to be.

I already knew that god couldn’t be proven or disproven, as I have said in the other thread, and I know not all Christians are like the first post. When have I ever said every Christian is like that? ---

I don’t feel like going back to trace how this eventually lead to discussing the nature of God, but I stand by my post that Christianity is by no means a bad thing, even if some parts of it are flawed by today’s standards. I think Christianity should for the most part just try to start over again, be called something else. ---

Remember that he only read the first one, which is exclusive to non-extreme Christianity so he probably thinks that entire list is compiled of things that only extreme Christians do. Personal bias is a legit argument, I believe you have an intense personal bias against all religion for some unknown reason (sold more cookies then you or something) and for that reason you will latch on to any strip of information and blow it out of proportion to prove some point that no one will remember with in a month anyway.
I also believe that you surround your self with like minded fascists and ass holes who share you view of spiritual beliefs as a cancer on civilized society.
These people can be called to your defense at any time in the interest of mutual self gratification and smugness.
In stead of finding a group in religion or the mall or chat rooms or mod teams, you found yours in a hate group.
To fit in to this group you made up situations where you were oppressed, or took small situations and blew them out of proportion to blame not only one group but all groups, mostly out of your own insecurity.
You have become the thing you hate, and instead of trying to stand above them and let things go, you chouse to sink deeper and deeper into the mud with them.

I don’t recall any mass of Christians saying atheists can’t love. In fact, most would probably say that’s absurd. Just because a person believes in God doesn’t mean they’re irrational to the core. I hope you mean extremist.
This list is not universal to all Christians. None of it. Some, however, are more common than others.
