Regaining full consiousness moments later, Elk used his dark magic to open a portal to an area only he knew about. after entering it, he made sure to close it before anyone else could use it.

Ronin stands there in the empty room, stunned for a moment at elks speed. “oh my... well... best be off then, i have other matters at hand to attend to..." He takes slow steps for he burned his arms slightly melting the ice that kept him at bay. He heads over to the pub for a quick drink, then heads over to his own house, which underneath is a bunker for himself...

Amakage stepped forward, taking his Katana and his chain scythe off his back and placing them on the table beside him.

“Come”

He stood in a odd fighting stance that could only be compared to an early version of Jeet Kune Do.

“Let us see what you got, eh?"

He motioned for Tementeye to attack.

Ronin sits there in the underground room for quite some time, thinking about what just happened. Then, he realizes that he was sent out to kill someone, and he makes his way to the mayors house... (... there is a mayor, right? And is anyone else in there doing something else? I don’t wanna have to change this again... but what would the leader of the town be called?)

Tementeye looked at this new fighter. “You! You’re the one who killed Master!" he said, astonished. “Heh, caught ya," he said with a chuckle. He took a menacing step towards his foe, this “Amakage”.

"What? I saw you there, but then..." he stuttered, “who killed him?" he asked. “Forget it, I’ll get the killer to tell me himself, but for now..." he said with a smirk. He did one of his powerful Hyper Jumps 40 feet up into the air, and came down hard prepared to drop-kick the foe in the head. “Hope there’s some armor under those rags!" he yelled as he dropped.

He took a small step to the side just as Tementeye’s foot was within striking range of his head, then he held his arm out, allowing his foe’s chin to come in contact with the metal rings on his arm.

It wasn’t a very hard hit to Tementeye, it barely even hurt. But what it did do, was show him that he couldn’t be so reckless against this foe, because had he twisted his arm another inch there would have been a spike through his face.

"You’re pretty fast, eh?" Tementeye said with a laugh. “My opponent needs to be strong to keep me sharp!" he said with a smile. He then jumped back and pointed his hand towards Amakage as he landed. “Wind Bomb," he called, and the sphere of wind shot out, ready to explode with its sharp gusts of air on contact. Anything within 10 feet of the explosion would get many painful cuts.

Ronin sprints as hard as he can over to the fight that he had caught wind of moments ago. Realizing the severity of the situation, he attempts to join the fray...

Amakage shook his head slightly as he casually reached into his back pocket again pulling out another scroll with the kanji for “lightfoot” written on it. He recited a short incantation and seemed to disappear. Tementeye suddenly felt a shove from behind as he was pushed forward, stumbling across the floor.

“Be careful, you don’t want to get caught in your own attack."

But it was a bit too late, the short burst of speed provided by his lightfoot scroll allowed him to not only get behind Tementeye but also lay down a line of caltrops in front of him.

Elk suddenly appeared in the doorway of the hideout.

“hmmm... a fight? and by the looks of it, the combatants are fairly strong... fairly..."

he chuckled a tiny bit.

“this should be interesting."

His smile hidden behind the feared mask he wore.

Tementeye stumbled forward from the shove that Amakage gave him. He spotted the shiny caltrops on the floor, and did a Hyper Jump clear over the caltrops and blast radius of the Wind Bomb, landing above it on the wall. “Scrolls eh? Don’t those and the caltrops count as weapons?" he said with another laugh. He enjoyed a good battle. “Wind Shield," he said with a smile. “This won’t last too long, but I wouldn’t wanna get hurt by those nasty caltrops." He pointed his hand towards the litter of spikes, and cast another Wind Bomb. “That oughta cause a pretty painful tornado, eh?" he said, still crouched on the wall.
