i watched on the science channel that they are making artificial robots (yes even for sex you pervs) and they controlled a lab rat using electric signals to the brain. and are trying to build a robot with emotions and feelings. what do you think will happen

We create technology. We determine what it can and can’t do. Computers won’t be able to turn on us unless we program them to do so.
Its been shown that computers can learn, and this was back before we had microprocessors. Its still a simplified learning system, but they can do it, in theory and in practice.
This was shown with a Checkers computer, however, and it could only learn as much as it could hold in its memory. There were computers later that had far more, so it lost when it couldn’t learn more.
If we limit technology, yes, we can control it. Always. However, the trick is to deny what makes us lose ourselves.
