Walk a certain distance every other day for a few weeks. Once that’s nice and easy and comfortable, try fastwalking. Then jogging, then running. Stick with it, and you’ll have the cardiovascular endurance of an Olympic runner.
I myself am nowhere near this since I suffer from asthma, but I’m still working for it. I don’t let asthma stop me from getting what I want.

Yeak, I’ve got mild athsma.
Ok. I’ve got a bike, and I bike to school every day except Tuesday and Thursday, so should I leave like 10-15 minuites earlier and take a longer route to school and back?

That could work too, yes. As long as you get the exercise and don’t kill yourself, you’ll benefit from it.

I’ll give it a shot. How ong do you think it’ll take before I notice a difference?

You might start feeling it as you do it. Or maybe after a month. It really depends on the situation.
Just keep at it. In the long run, you’ll be really glad you did.

I mean, come on... i myself enjoy gym and everything it has to offer, but does it really help the people that don’t like the subject and just end up eating dozens of donuts the second they get home? This doesn’t have much to do but did anyone have tennis as a sport in their middle school? (current or past...)
yes, if we dont, then all of these kids would be fat
I personally do not want to participate in any school sport. But I entirley agree that a healthy body = a healthy mind. It is a compulsory part of the human anatomy, it’s what keeps you going.
Although I have done my best NOT to do P.E. I do exercise my fair share, such as my Ninja group every wednesday, walking my dog alot and I always walk home from school. I haven’t played hardly any video games at all latley, almost gained an uninterest. My passion is with animals and music.
And I eat well, no McDonalds or Kentucky Fried Crap for me.
I used to work at chicken treat, it sucked like hell, the people were nice however.
